"One day I walked into Stephen Litchfield's showroom, met Stephen, and after 10 minutes knew that I'd found our cabinet maker. We knew what we were looking for in the way of style and function but wanted some fresh ideas also. Stephen personally ran every design meeting so he never heard our needs through an "assistant".
